١. قبول الشروط

بدخولك أو استخدامك لموقع كشكك.كوم، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام، بما في ذلك جميع السياسات المذكورة أو المرتبطة. إذا ما وافقت، لا تستخدم الموقع ولا تطلب أي منتج.

٢. الطلب والدفع

أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند تنفيذ أي طلب. يجب الدفع باستخدام وسائل الدفع المتاحة والآمنة. كشكك يحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلبات مشبوهة أو غير مكتملة.

٣. الشحن والتوصيل

يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل. التوصيل يتم عبر مندوبينا أو خدمات الشحن السريع. يمكنك التواصل معنا لتتبع حالة الطلب.

٤. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع خلال ٣ أيام أو استبدال خلال ٧ أيام من الشراء، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية وتغليفه. يتم رد المبلغ بالكامل فقط إذا كان المنتج مختلفًا بشكل كبير عن المعروض. يجب إرسال صور واضحة، المدينة، العنوان، ورقم الطلب.

٥. الخصوصية واستخدام البيانات

نقوم بجمع البيانات اللازمة فقط لمعالجة الطلبات وتحسين التجربة. بياناتك محفوظة بأمان ولن نبيعها أو نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث بدون موافقتك، إلا إذا طُلب منا قانونيًا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل.

٦. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

Customers may request a return within 3 days or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging. A full refund is granted only if the item is significantly different from what was shown. Clear photos, city, address, and order number are required.
